Participants join a campaign and enter their contacts. The platform sends personalized text messages with a link. Contacts tap the link and donate or sign up in seconds. Text outreach converts at 21-30%, compared to 2-3% for email.

Schools, PTAs, sports teams, nonprofits, churches, and fundraising companies. If you raise money through campaigns, FindMyFundraiser helps you reach more people with less work.
How do I get started?
Click "Get Started" and choose your path. Organizations can create an account and launch a campaign in under 2 minutes. Fundraising companies can sign up to offer their services through the marketplace.
Pricing
How much does it cost for schools and organizations?
A flat 5% platform fee on campaign revenue. No monthly subscriptions, no per-text fees, no hidden charges. You only pay when you raise money.
How much does it cost for fundraising companies?
Companies choose from three plans: Starter ($0/mo + 7% fee), Growth ($49/mo + 5% fee), or Scale ($149/mo + 3.5% fee). Pick the plan that matches your volume.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The platform fee and Stripe processing fee (2.9% + 30 cents) are the only charges. Stripe fees are always passed through to the transaction, never absorbed by us. Donors can optionally cover fees at checkout.
Is there a free trial?
Early partners get their first campaign season free. Sign up now and we waive fees for your first campaign run.
How It Works
How do participants send texts?
Participants log in to their dashboard, enter their contacts, and hit send. The platform handles delivery through compliant SMS channels. Contacts receive a personalized message with a link.
Is the texting compliant with regulations?
Yes. We handle all SMS compliance including 10DLC registration, opt-in/opt-out management, and STOP/HELP keyword responses. As of 2025, carriers block unregistered text traffic — our system is fully compliant.
Can contacts donate from their phone?
Yes. Contacts tap the link in the text, see the campaign page, and donate with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or a credit card. The entire flow is mobile-optimized.
How do I track progress?
Every campaign has a real-time dashboard showing total raised, active participants, a leaderboard, and contact-level status. Organizations see everything at a glance.

How does the marketplace work?
Fundraising companies list their services on our marketplace. Schools and organizations browse, choose a company, and launch a campaign together. You reach more schools without cold-calling.
Can I use FindMyFundraiser with my existing product catalog?
Yes. Whether you sell cookie dough, gift wrap, or lawn services, the platform works with any fundraiser type. Participants text their contacts, and contacts place orders or sign up through your campaign page.

Security & Privacy
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and secure session management. Payment processing is handled by Stripe with PCI-DSS compliance.
Who can see contact information?
Only the participant who entered the contact and the campaign administrator. Contact data is never sold or shared with third parties.
Can contacts opt out of messages?
Absolutely. Every message includes opt-out instructions. Contacts can text STOP at any time. Opt-out management is built into the platform automatically.
